Xander Herbold is the founder of Inov8 Distribution, a leading cannabinoid distribution company established in 2020. Under his leadership, Inov8 has grown into a nationwide supply-chain operator serving manufacturers, brands, and laboratories across the hemp industry, generating more than $60 million in gross revenue since inception.
Before entering the cannabinoid sector, Xander worked in commercial real estate brokerage at CBRE, where he developed a foundation in deal execution, underwriting, and large-scale transaction dynamics.
Building on his operational and financial experience, Xander launched Navig8 Capital in September 2025. Navig8 Capital provides working capital, fundraising support, and structured financing solutions tailored to the alternative wellness industry, with a focus on capital efficiency, risk mitigation, and scalable growth for underserved markets.
